Petition to Recall Area 2 Director, Jon Birdt, from the USPSA Board of Directors

A group of concerned members of the USPSA is launching a PETITION to recall USPSA Area 2 Director, Jon Birdt. His unacceptable behavior brings disrepute to the sport, and is not in the interests of the membership nor the organization. Examples of this behavior can be seen in his use of derogatory language towards members with differing opinions, his public criticism and bullying of members, his support of men competing in ladies categories, his reluctance to terminate cheaters, his hostile approach toward the USPSA and his attacks on professionals representing USPSA. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, his threat to dissolve our shooting organization without ANY approval from the membership, nor affiliate clubs, is an insult to the thousands that built this organization and a direct attack on the USPSA.
